Shipping Policy


Thank you for shopping with Radiant Designs PNG! We're excited to get your order to you as soon as possible. This policy outlines how we handle shipping and delivery for our customers in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and internationally.


Domestic Shipping (PNG)


We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs and budget. These options will be presented at checkout and may include:

Standard Shipping: This is our most economical option and typically takes 3-10 business days for delivery within PNG.

Express Shipping: For a faster delivery timeframe, choose Express Shipping. This option usually takes 1-3 business days.

Same-Day Delivery (Limited Areas): In some areas within Port Moresby and surrounding regions, we may offer same-day delivery for an additional fee. This option will be available at checkout if applicable.

Parcel Locker Service (Limited Areas): You may choose to have your items delivered to a parcel locker for pickup.

All domestic orders are shipped via our trusted partners, such as Post PNG, DHL or FedEx.

You will receive a tracking number with your shipment confirmation email, allowing you to track your order's progress.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. These costs will be reflected at checkout before you confirm your order.


International Shipping


We are happy to ship internationally! However, due to varying customs regulations and remote locations, we currently offer international shipping on a limited basis. Please contact us directly at info@radiantdesigns.com with your desired items and shipping address for a personalized quote.

International shipping costs will vary depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.


General Shipping Information


Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We use secure packaging materials to ensure your items arrive safely.

In the rare case of an item being damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at shipping@radiantdesigns.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
