Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Radiant Designs PNG! We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines the process for returning unwanted items and receiving a refund.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange most new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items purchased online within 14 days of delivery.
  • Certain items may be excluded from returns or exchanges, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or items sold "as-is." These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged after purchase due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at returns@radiantdesigns.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip and the RMA number inside the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your protection.
  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your request within 30 business days.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding any original shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 60 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability, we will process your exchange once we receive your return.
  • You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
